Tuna Salad Recipe

Tuna in vegetable oil (1 can about 6 ½ or 7 ounces), onion, sliced in rings (1small), green bell pepper, cut in strips (1),red bell pepper (1), tomatoes, cut in quarters (2 large), small clove garlic, finely minced (1/2), wine vinegar (2 tsp), olive oil (4 tsp), pitted black olives, chopped (12), dry mustard (1/8 tsp), pepper (1/8 tsp) and salt (1/8 tsp).
Method Of Preparation:-
Take a serving plate, place tomato quarters on it. Then arrange onion rings and pepper strips in the center. Take a small jar, drain oil from tuna in it, flake tuna and then place it in the center of the serving plate. To make salad dressing, add dry mustard, minced garlic, wine vinegar, olive oil, pepper and salt to the tuna oil in the jar. Close the jar tightly and shake it to mix all the ingredients well. Now sprinkle the dressing over the tuna salad in the plate and then dust the chopped olives over the salad. Now the tuna salad is ready to serve.
