Tuna Pot Pie Recipe

Ingredients
Tuna, drained and flaked (1large can about 12 ounce), all purpose flour (1/3c), chopped onion (1/2c), butter (1/4c), pastry for single (9 inch pie), shredded cheddar cheese (1c), Worcestershire sauce (2tsp), frozen mixed vegetables, thawed (2c), milk (2c), dried thyme crumbled (dash), paprika (1/4tsp), pepper (1/4tsp), salt (1/2 tsp), garlic and herb seasoning blend (1/4tsp).

Method Of Preparation:-
Tuna Pot PieTake a large saucepan; place it over medium low heat. Melt butter in it, add onion and cook them until they become soft. Mix flour in it and then add pepper herb seasoning, salt, thyme and paprika in it. Slowly add milk in it and cook it by stirring regularly until the mixture gets bubbly and becomes thicken. Now add tuna, cheese, Worcestershire sauce and vegetables in it. Adjust the seasoning and then pour this mixture into a baking dish of 2 quart. Now heat oven to 425 degrees F. take pastry, roll it out to get fit on the top of baking dish. Place the pastry on the dish and then place the dish in oven and bake it at 425 degrees f for about 35 to 40 minutes until the mixture gets bubbly and the crust becomes brown.
