Asian Tuna Patties Recipe

Tuna, drained and flaked (2cans about 6 ounce), vegetable oil (2tbsp), beaten egg (10, cornmeal (1/2c), dry bread crumbs (3/4c), black pepper (1tsp), minced green onions (3), sesame oil (1tsp), peeled and minced garlic (1clove), ketchup (1tbsp), teriyaki sauce (1tbsp), soy sauce (1tbsp).
Method Of Preparation:-
Take a bowl of large size, add tuna, bread crumbs, garlic, green onions and egg in it. Mix all the ingredients well and then mix sesame oil, ketchup, teriyaki sauce, soy sauce and pepper in it. Make about 6 patties of 1 inch thickness of this mixture. Lightly dust the cornmeal on the both sides of each patty. Take a frying pan of medium size, place it over standard heat and then heat oil in it for frying. Put each patty in hot oil and fry them for about 5 minutes from both sides until they get golden brown color. Serve them with green salad.
