Grilled Walleye Recipe

1. Walleye fillets (12oz)
2. butter (2tbsp)
3. salt and pepper (to taste)
4. orange juice (1tsp)
5. chopped and toasted pecans (1/4c)
6. chopped fresh chives (1tsp)
Method of preparation:-
1. Take a small bowl, mix the butter, chives, half the pecans and juice in it. Mix them properly.
2. Preheat the grill. Take aluminum foil of about 12 inch square and cut 2 inch slits into it every two inches. Spray with nonstick spray and place on the grill.
3. Now put the walleye fillets on the foil, sprinkle with salt and pepper and then grill the fish for about 8 to 12 minutes. The fillets get ready when they get flakes easily with fork. One minute before the fish gets cooked, top it with pecan butter.
4. Take off the fish from heat and sprinkle the remaining pecans over the top before serving it.
Preparation time- 10 minutes.
