Grilled Shark Recipe

Shark Steaks (6), ground pepper (1/3tbsp), minced garlic (2cloves), lemon juice (2tbsp), chopped fresh parsley (1/4c), orange juice (1/2c), ketchup (1/4c) and soy sauce (1/2c).
Method of preparation:-
Take a large bowl, mix soy sauce, chopped parsley, orange juice, lemon juice, ketchup, minced garlic and pepper in the bowl. Take a shallow baking dish, place the fish in the dish and then pour the marinade over the fish. Cover the dish and place it in the refrigerator to marinate for about 2 hours. Take out the fish from the marinade. Now grill the fish over hot coals for about 6 minutes on each side or until the fish gets flakes easily with a fork, basting frequently with remaining marinade.
Preparation time – 10 minutes.
