Grilled Asian Style Catfish Recipe

1. Catfish fillets (2-4)
2. sesame seeds (2tbsp)
3. rice wine vinegar (2tbsp)
4. minced garlic (2cloves)
5. low sodium soy sauce (1/4c)
6. minced garlic (2cloves)
7. pepper flakes (1/4tsp)
8. black pepper (1/4tsp)
9. sesame oil (1tbsp)
10. vegetable oil (1/3c)
Method of preparation:-
1. Take a resealable plastic bag, place the catfish fillets in it. Take a small bowl, mix the remaining ingredients in the bowl and then pour over the fish. Seal the bag and then place it in the refrigerator for 1-8 hours.
2. Preheat the grill for medium-high heat. Now take out the fish from the bag and discard the marinade. Now place the fillets on the preheated grill and cook it for 12 to 13 minutes. Turn the sides once while cooking.
3. When the fish gets flake easily with fork then remove it from heat and then serve it.
