Fish Stew with Vegetables Recipe

Ingredients
1. Fresh or frozen fish fillets (1 1/2lb)
2. white dry wine (1/2c)
3. all purpose flour (2tbsp)
4. olive oil (2tbsp)
5. bay leaf (1)
6. Italian seasoning (3/4tsp)
7. chopped garlic (1clove)
8. chopped green onion (1/2c)
9. chopped red bell pepper (1/2c)
10. sliced fresh mushroom (1c)
11. thinly sliced carrots (1c)
12. clam juice or fish broth (1c)
13. pepper (1/4tsp)
14. salt (1/2tsp)

Method of preparation:-
1. Take thaw fish if frozen. Cut the fish fillets into 1/2inch cubes and keep them aside.

2. Heat the oven to medium heat. Saute mushrooms, carrots, salt, pepper, onions, garlic, red bell pepper, Italian seasoning and bay leaf in the olive oil. Saute them for about 5 minutes.

3. Add flour in it and mix them well. Add clam juice, wine seasoning and fish in it. Keep it to boil and then simmer it for about 10 minutes until the fish gets flake easily with fork. Take out the bay leaf before serving.
