Garlic Cod Recipe

1. Finely chopped garlic (5 large cloves)
2. cod fillets (1pound)
3. dash of pepper
4. olive oil or vegetable oil (2tbsp)
5. butter or margarine (2tbsp)
6. paprika (1/4tsp)
7. onion powder (1/2tsp)
8. lemon juice (1tbsp)
9. salt (1/4tsp)
10. lemon wedges (5)
11. chopped parsley (for garnishing)
Method Of Preparation:-
1. Take fish fillets and cut them into serving size pieces. Dust pepper and salt on both sides of fish pieces.
2. Take a bowl, mix onion powder, paprika, lemon juice and melted margarine in it. Dip fish in this mixture.
3. Take an ungreased pan of 9*9*2 inches, now place the fish in the pan and then pour the rest of the mixture over it. Now Place the pan uncovered in oven at 350 degree and cook it for about 25 to 30 minutes until the fish gets flake easily with fork.
4. Take a pan, place it over medium heat. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil and margarine in it and then add garlic in it and cook it until it changes to brown color and then put it over the fish. Now decorate the fish with chopped parsley and serve it with lemon wedges.
