French Creole Cod Recipe

1. Cod fish (1lb)
2. Dijon mustard (2tsp)
3. chopped fresh parsley (optional)
4. freshly squeezed lemon juice (1tbsp)
5. Creole seasoning (1/2tsp)
6. olive oil (2tsp + extra for brushing)
7. salt (to taste)
Method Of Preparation:-
1. First heat the oven to 400 degrees F. Take a baking sheet, line it with foil and then lightly grease it with olive oil.
2. Take a small bowl, add Creole seasoning, salt, mustard and olive oil in it. Mix all the spices well and then brush this spice mixture over the fish. Now place the fish on greased baking sheet.
3. Place the sheet in preheated oven and bake it at 400 degrees F for about 15 to 20 minutes until the fish gets flake easily with fork.
4. When the fish gets cooked then takes out the baking sheet from oven and places the fish in serving dish. Now sprinkle parsley and lemon juice over the fish and serve it hot.
