Codfish With Couscous Recipe

Codfish (1 1/2lb), chopped pimento (3tbsp), chick peas, drained (1can about 16 oz), couscous (1c), salt (1/2tsp), orange rind (1tsp), water (1 1/4c), ground ginger (1/4tsp), ground coriander (1/4tsp), celery seeds (1/4tsp), black pepper (1/2tsp), salt (1/2tsp), paprika (1/2tsp), ground cumin (1/2tsp), lemon juice of (1lemon), olive oil (1 1/2tsp), prepared mustard (1 1/2tsp).
Method Of Preparation:-
Take a large bowl; add mustard, celery seed, ginger coriander, lemon, pepper, salt, paprika and cumin in it. Mix all the ingredients well and then rub this mixture on both sides of the codfish. Take an oven proof dish; place the cod fish in it. Now place the dish in oven and bake the fish for about 15 minutes at 375 degrees F. Meanwhile, take a pan, add orange rind, salt and water in it and keep it to boil. Then mix couscous in it. Cover the pan and keep it aside for about 5 minutes. Then add pimento and chick peas in it. Now take a serving dish, arrange couscous on it and place cod on the top of it and then put cooking juice with spoon over the codfish. Now the dish is ready to serve.
