Cod Fish in White Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
1. Cod fish 250gm
2. 50gm ham
3. 50 gm mushroom
4. Cooking oil to fry
5. 1 medium onion
6. 5cloves garlic
7. 10 gm parsley for garnishing
Seasoning
1. ½ cup cream
2. Salt to taste
3. 1 tsp sugar
Directions
1. Chop the garlic, onions and dice the ham and mushrooms. Scale the fish, clean it and drain well. Now rub a little amount of salt on it and keep it aside for a few minutes.
2. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan, fry chopped garlic, mushroom, ham and onions till golden brown, add cream and sugar, bring to boil and cook on medium heat till gravy thickens.
3. Now heat oil in a nonstick pan, and fry the fish till cooked. Take out the fish, drain the oil and place the fish slices in a serving plate. Pour the seasoning over fish and garnish with chopped parsley.
