Boiled Cod with Oyster Recipe

Ingredients
1. 1pound cod fish
2. 1 can oysters
3. 1/4 cup flour
4. 1/2 cup milk
5. few grains Cayenne
6. few grains Mace
7. Salt to taste
8. 1/2 cup butter
9. pepper (to taste)
10. few white cloves
Directions
1. Wash the cod fish and clean it properly, cut into medium size pieces. Take a saucepan, put water in it and add a little salt to it. Also add a few white cloves and pepper. Put the fish in the water and bring to boil, cook on a medium flame for about 20 minutes.
2. Take out the fish and drain water, arrange in a serving dish. To make oyster sauce take the oysters and drain the liquid in a pan, heat on medium flame. Wash the oysters and cook in the liquor till the gill begins to curl, remove oysters from liquor.
3. Now melt butter in a frying pan and add flour while stirring continuously. Add a little salt, cayenne and mace. Now add the oyster liquor and milk to it. Simmer for 5 minutes. The oyster sauce is ready, pour in a serving bowl and serve with the fish cooked above.
