Catfish Marinated In Milk Recipe

All purpose flour (1 1/2c), catfish fillets (4 about 8 ounce), baking powder (2tsp), onion powder (1tbsp), melted butter (1c), evaporated milk (1can, 12 fluid ounce), grated parmesan cheese (1/2c), salt and pepper (to taste), ground dry mustard (1tbsp), garlic powder (1tbsp), Italian seasoning (1tbsp).
Method Of Preparation:-
Take catfish fillets, wash and then pat dry them. Take a shallow dish, place fish fillets in it and then pour milk over the fillets. Cover the dish and place it in the refrigerator for about 6 hours. Now heat the oven to 200 degrees C or 400 degrees F. Take a mixing bowl of large size, add cheese, flour, baking powder, onion powder, dry mustard, garlic powder, salt, pepper and Italian seasoning in the bowl. Mix all these ingredients properly. Then take out the fish from refrigerator and coat with flour mixture. Take a rimmed baking pan, grease it lightly and place the coated fillets in it and then sprinkle melted butter over them. Place the baking pan in preheated oven and bake the fillets at 400 degrees F for about 25 minutes until they get soft and flaky. Now the fish is ready to serve. Serve it hot.
