Baked Fish with Lime Crust

1. Fresh 115grams ciabatta breadcrumbs (in small pieces)
2. 200grams frozen cod
3. juice and zest of four limes
4. a black pepper to taste
5. fine chopped parsley(fresh)
6. salt to taste
Preparation:
1. Heat oven to 220°C. Lightly varnish a baking sheet. In large bowl, add fine chopped parsley, zest of lime, 1/2 juice of lime, bread pieces, pepper and salt (according to your taste).
2. Take varnish baking sheet, place fish over it and stream left lime juice over it. Bake it 10 minutes. Remove fish from oven and spread breadcrumb mixture over fish. Bake for 20-25 minutes more or until the breadcrumbs become golden brown
