Baked Catfish Fillets With Egg and Onion Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
Catfish fillets (1lb), evaporated milk (1/2c), cornstarch (1tbsp), thinly sliced onion (1), vanilla (2drops), butter (1tbsp), hard cooked egg, sieved (1), pepper (1/8tsp), salt (3/4tsp).

Method Of Preparation:-
Baked Catfish Fillets with egg and onion SauceFirst heat the oven to 400 degrees F. Take catfish fillets and cut them into pieces of serving size. Take a shallow baking dish; place the fish pieces and slices of onion in it. Now place the dish in preheated oven and bake it at 400 degrees F for about 25 minutes. Take a warm serving dish, place the baked fish carefully in it and pour the broth into a saucepan. Add pepper and salt in the pan. Mix cornstarch in cold water to make a paste and then add it into the broth in the pan. Cook it by stirring regularly over low heat until it gets thickened. Then mix butter, egg and vanilla in it and pour it over baked fish in the serving dish. Now serve it hot.
